This role requires 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable. You will be responsible for invoice processing, managing billing discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with supplier deadlines. Working closely with the procurement team, you'll play a key role in optimizing our payables processes while supporting essential month-end closures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process purchase invoices ensuring accuracy
• Investigate and resolve payment problems
• Collaborate on procurement issues for efficiency
• Assist with accruals and reconciliations monthly
• Manage accounts payable aging reports
Requirements:
• DEC/AEC in Accounting or relevant experience
• 3-5 years experience in similar roles
• Working knowledge of D365 ERP Systems preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Bilingual skills are a plus
