The MMF is inviting applications for full-time Early Childhood Educator III roles. Candidates will play a vital role in maintaining a safe learning environment while nurturing children's growth. Your expertise is needed to guide programs that reflect Red River Métis culture and community values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment

• Develop activities to increase children's environmental stewardship

• Facilitate positive emotional expression and conflict resolution

• React appropriately to emergencies affecting children

• Collaborate in staff discussions about child progress
Requirements:

• Certification as an ECE III or equivalent training

• At least two years of experience with young children

• Familiarity with the Circle of Security Approach

• Valid 1st Aid/CPR Certification required

• Background checks must be current and clear
