Reporting to the Service Manager, this position demands expertise in Power Generation and Power Electronics. As a Lead, you will ensure commissioning aligns with contract specifications and quality standards. You will also deliver technical solutions to meet client needs while providing Operation and Maintenance training to customers.

• Act as commissioning lead for high-complexity projects
• Provide in office or remote technical support for commissioning
• Participate in project reviews and drive continuous improvements
• Coordinate customer acceptance activities
• Deliver quality training on Operation and Maintenance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience as a field service engineer
• Solid knowledge of Power Electronics and Software Control Systems
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills in English and French
• Valid passport and driving license for travel in Canada and the USA
