CNC Machinist, Specialized

Responsibilities

You will operate 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machines.

• Interpret 2D drawings of parts to be machined, applying general tolerances, precision tolerances, adjustments and GD&T.
• Handle measuring tools such as vernier, micrometer, and indicators.
• Fill reports and perform self‑checking for quality and production leaders.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Carry out tool and tooling changes for CNC machining.
• Make model changeover adjustments.
• Reduce waste in production and transactional processes.
• Support the basic training of new technical assistants.

You have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience within a Methods/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering environment.

• Show pursuit of continuous process improvement (e.g., poka-yokes implementation).
• Have willingness and attitude toward the implementation of autonomous CNC maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with maintenance indicators.
• Have availability to rotate shifts.
