NDT Inspector

Position: NDT Inspector Full-Time Position
Join Bombardier as a full-time NDT Inspector in Saint-Laurent, QC. This skilled role emphasizes precision, codes interpretation, and results evaluation in Non-Destructive Testing.

As a key member of our quality assurance team, your responsibilities include inspecting, evaluating, and ensuring compliance with industry codes. You will engage with various products, translating standards into instructions for others. Your technical expertise will bolster the integrity and safety standards of our components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify proper preparation of components for inspection

• Inspect and evaluate products in accordance with established procedures

• Interpret inspection results accurately and keep records

• Develop work instructions for Level 3 approval based on standards

• Assess and understand materials, processes, and potential defects

Requirements:

• Relevant D.E.C. or D.E.P. degree in NDT

• Certification from CGSB or ASNT in Non-Destructive Testing

• Level 2 certification per NAS-410 or EN4179 standards

• Comprehensive knowledge of materials and manufacturing imperfections

• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
