Continuous Improvement Specialist

Join Hitachi Energy as a Continuous Improvement Specialist in Saint-Laurent, enhancing quality through Lean, Six Sigma, and meticulous analysis. Oversee quality management while fostering a culture of improvement.

In this full-time role, you will lead quality management initiatives and perform audits to ensure strict adherence to internal and external standards. Your primary focus will be on the development of quality processes and collaboration across multiple teams to track effectiveness. Your expertise will also help provide training and coaching for all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS)

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma quality initiatives

• Conduct audits and coordinate quality improvements

• Analyze data trends and monitor improvement effectiveness

• Facilitate root-cause investigations on quality issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field

• 5+ years in quality assurance or improvements

• Experience with ISO 9001 standards

• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and Minitab

• Fluent in English and French with a travel willingness
