Warehouse Lead

Lead warehouse operations at 5865 Rue Kieran, Saint-Laurent, QC. As a Warehouse Lead, you will guide the team in efficient inventory management and quality control.

This role prioritizes leadership among warehouse associates, ensuring effective practices in unloading, picking, and packing inventory. You will be involved in supervising the daily activities of sections including receiving and shipping, while fostering teamwork and safety in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill in for Warehouse Supervisor when needed

• Ensure timely completion of warehouse operations

• Coach associates on efficiency and safety practices

• Assist in packaging and staging finished products

• Conduct quality control checks on outgoing products

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in English and/or French

• Experience with Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack preferred

• Authorization to work in Canada required

• Strong attention to detail for inventory tasks
