Warehouse Team Leader

Take the lead in warehouse operations at 5865 Rue Kieran, Saint-Laurent, QC. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will guide workers in best practices for inventory handling and safety.

In this pivotal role, you will act as a mentor to warehouse staff while managing the daily activities involved in unloading, packing, and shipping items. Your leadership will ensure operational targets are met safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a fill-in Warehouse Supervisor when required

• Ensure schedules adhere to operational timelines

• Coach team members on safety standards

• Assist in preparing products for shipment

• Conduct quality control for outgoing shipments

Requirements:

• High school diploma and/or equivalent experience

• English and/or French language proficiency

• Preferred certification in Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack operation

• Authorization to work in Canada is essential

• Strong organizational skills for managing inventory
