Our client near Saint Louis Park has an opening for an AP Specialist. This is an immediate temporary need with potential to be hired on full-time if it is a good fit. Great team culture with low turnover.

Temp to hire. Saint Louis Park (hybrid). $25-$29/hour (D.O.E.).
Job DescriptionAccurately process 100-150 invoices per day in Business Central ERP, ensuring all entries are coded correctly and comply with company policies.
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and check runs.
- Maintain and update vendor records in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing processes, including AP accruals and reports.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and vendor information.
- Associate Degree in Accounting preferred (not required)
- 2+ years of A/P experience
- ERP exposure
- Must have experience with Excel
