Senior Staff Accountant

LHH is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant for a highly respected organization near St. Louis Park, MN. This mid level accounting role will help support month end close, financial analysis, reporting, process improvement and report to a fantastic and experience mentor. The ideal candidate will have exposure to full cycle accounting and be looking to add to their skillset and growth with a company they could stay at and continue to grow in their career.

• Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheets, income statements, and P&L reports
• Perform month‑end close
  , including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger and supporting financial records
• Review financial results, investigate variances, and identify trends
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Manage accruals (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Assist with audits, internal requests, and ad‑hoc analysis
• Participate in capital accounting, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations
• Partner with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and leadership

• 2-5 years experience

• Analytical and research skills

Full time, Direct Hire, Hybrid

$65,000-$85,000
