Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid role located in Minnesota, only local candidates will be eligible)
Pay Rate: $65000 - $75000 / Year dependent on applicable experience
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), pet insurance, PTO, long-term disability, short term disability, FSA & HSA.

We’re working with a well‑known manufacturing organization in the Twin Cities that is continuing to invest in its accounting team. They’re looking to bring on an Accounts Payable Specialist who enjoys being in the details, thrives in a steady workflow, and values being part of a collaborative, down‑to‑earth team that relies on AP to keep things moving.
Responsibilities- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform three-way matching between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Code invoices to the general ledger and appropriate cost centers
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and work directly with vendors and internal teams
- Assist with payment runs (ACH, check, wire)
- Support month‑end close activities related to AP
- Maintain organized and accurate AP documentation
- Prior accounts payable experience in a professional or manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with three‑way matching and GL coding
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with ERP systems and Excel preferred
