Senior Inventory Analyst

This role combines operational finance, inventory oversight, cost accounting, reporting, and planning responsibilities while supporting overall business performance.

• Analyze inventory, product costs, and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain costing data, support inventory valuation activities, and ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, variance analysis, and management insights.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and finance teams to investigate issues and improve processes.
• Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives.
• Help strengthen internal controls, document procedures, and support continuous improvement projects.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, operations finance, inventory accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting operational or supply chain-focused business functions preferred.
• Comfortable working independently while partnering closely with business leaders.
