Schedule: Monday to Friday – No weekends
Work Requirements
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

Compensation & Incentives
Pay Range: $25 – $45 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
Incentives: Additional earning opportunities based on qualifications
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Role Summary
West End Lincoln is seeking an experienced Automotive Main Line Technician to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles. Ford or Lincoln experience is preferred, but technicians with experience in other OEM brands are encouraged to apply. You’ll play a key role in ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs on vehicles
Accurately complete repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Conduct test drives to verify repairs and ensure vehicle performance
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding diagnostics, repairs, and timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Stay current with factory training and certifications to maintain technical proficiency
Uphold dealership and manufacturer standards for quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
2+ years of automotive repair experience required
Ford or Lincoln certification preferred (other OEM experience considered)
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and repair manuals
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
