Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a performance-focused Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and lifecycle growth across both B2B partner and direct-to-consumer channels. This role owns multi-channel strategy, budget allocation, and measurable revenue impact, ensuring marketing investments deliver profitable and scalable growth. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with hands‑on execution and thrives in cross‑functional environments.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy spanning paid media, organic channels, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and offline initiatives
• Own marketing budget planning, optimization, and forecasting to achieve efficient CAC, strong ROAS, and long‑term LTV growth
• Oversee external agency partners across SEO, paid search, and paid social, ensuring performance targets and accountability are met
• Build and expand B2B partner marketing programs tailored to trade professionals and channel partners
• Lead CRM and lifecycle initiatives, including segmentation, automation, and retention strategies that increase conversion and repeat revenue
• Design and optimize direct outreach programs such as physical mail and product sampling to generate qualified pipeline and engagement
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
• Collaborate with creative, finance, sales, operations, and UX teams to improve funnel performance and conversion rates

• 8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles
• Demonstrated ownership of budgets tied directly to revenue and ROI outcomes
• Deep experience with paid media, SEO, analytics, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization
• Strong background in CRM and lifecycle marketing programs
• Experience supporting both B2B and direct‑to‑consumer growth initiatives
• Proven ability to manage and scale agency partnerships
