Overview
Architect - Residential + Mixed Use at ISG
Location:
St. Louis Park, MN
Compensation: $65,000 - $165,000 per year
ISG is seeking a creative Architect to support our Residential + Mixed-Use Business Unit. As an ISG Employee Owner, you will work collaboratively with fellow employee owners to develop creative solutions for housing projects, including multi-family and mixed-use developments.
Responsibilities- Work interactively with clients and other design professionals on a broad range of housing projects in a creative environment.
- Engage with clients through all design phases, including master planning, documentation, funding development, programming, and presenting.
- Communicate project goals, objectives, design standards, and procedures with project managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Mentor and contribute to team development.
- Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects.
- Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited architecture program.
- Licensed to practice architecture.
- Ability to connect ISGs solutions to clients and communicate ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
- Ability to represent ISG and clients in public forums.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up).
- Deep knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Experience in multifamily and mixed-use development design and creating detailed architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and Sketch Up.
