• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members

As a Program Director, you will guide our instructors to deliver high‑energy, age‑appropriate gymnastics and physical development programs. Your role will include curriculum instruction, program evaluation, training management, and customer service leadership.

• You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s. (A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well)
