• Work under the direct supervision of a Senior Engineer, providing technical guidance throughout the project duration.
• Perform routine plumbing engineering/design assignments for domestic cold/hot/recirculated hot water, sanitary waste and vent, roof drainage, natural gas, fuel oil, medical gases, and more.
• Utilize industry tools/software to develop plumbing system designs and equipment selections.
• Work independently on small projects or assist senior engineers on larger projects.
• Create and maintain the mechanical/plumbing discipline model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output.
• Accurately model and annotate BIM elements with the correct constraints using current 3D software.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, layouts, and diagrams of plumbing design within project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate plumbing design with other disciplines through Design Reviews and the 3‑D Coordination process.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Commercial/Institutional experience in healthcare.

• Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years related industry experience.
• Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Experience with 3D coordination tools.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits.
• Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
