Job OverviewPark Nicollet is looking to hire a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our Methodist Hospital Pharmacy team. Join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position SummaryUnder direct supervision of a Pharmacist, the Technician assists in the timely and accurate dispensing of sterile, hazardous and non-hazardous medications to patients in accordance with state and federal guidelines. This is an IV Infusion float position covering shifts in St. Louis Park, Burnsville, and Maple Grove. The candidate will be based at Methodist Hospital.
Work Schedule- Monday‑Friday
- Daytime Hours
- No nights/weekends/holidays
- Must be registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through either the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT).
- One or more years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Prior infusion experience strongly preferred.
