Location: St. Louis Park Clinic, Park Nicollet Health Services

Job Description: The Park Nicollet Behavioral Health department, a large multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive mental health services in the Twin Cities, is seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Fellow for our adult practice. The role focuses on individual psychotherapy. The candidate will receive in-house supervision toward independent licensure from a Licensed Psychologist, meeting all state and board requirements. A doctoral degree in psychology or a related field is required.

The position is located in St. Louis Park, with services offered both in-person and via telemedicine.

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult patients.
• Participate in outpatient assessment and therapy both in-person and via telemedicine.
• Collaborate with medical colleagues and other behavioral health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence‑based practice.

• Doctoral degree in psychology or a related field.

• Strong relationship‑building skills with colleagues.

$36.06–$37.86 per hour (compensation may also be influenced by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and location).
