The pay range for this position is $15.11-$21.85 based on direct and relevant experience.
RAYUS Radiology Data Entry SpecialistRAYUS Radiology is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound documentation through the fax queue, ensuring timely and accurate processing, data entry, and routing of information that supports patient scheduling, billing, and clinical workflows.
This is a temporary (PRN) position, working various hours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(90%) Document Intake & Processing
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- One (1) year customer service and/or data entry experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc. - Proficient using computer systems and typing
- Ability to successfully use a multi-level phone system, receiving a high volume of calls, at one time
- Medical terminology background
- Two (2) years' customer service and data entry experience
