• Source, recruit, and close top creative and digital talent (UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, developers, and more)
• Leverage various technology, automation, and AI platforms to drive placements and a great candidate experience
• Manage multiple searches at once and own the full recruiting lifecycle
• Cold outreach, screening, interviewing, and candidate management
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate relationships
• Consistently attend industry networking events
• Hit activity and performance metrics in a high‑output environment

• Relentless work ethic and competitive mindset
• Comfort with cold outreach and rejection
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Marketing/creative knowledge a huge plus —

• In this role, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of $40,000‑60,000/year depending upon experience, along with commission‑based earnings
• Clear performance metrics and fast ramp to earning commission
