We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to join our team. This leadership role provides clinical oversight, staff support, and ensures the delivery of high-quality resident care. The RN Nurse Supervisor serves as a vital link between front-line staff, nurse managers, and leadership, helping to maintain a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment.

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure quality care and compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Support staff with assessments, documentation, interventions, and provider communications.
• Respond to changes in resident condition, incidents, and admissions with professionalism and timely follow-up.
• Promote a positive workplace culture that emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and customer service.
• Monitor care quality, infection control practices, and compliance with pharmaceutical and nursing policies.
• Participate in staff education, quality improvement initiatives, and audits.
• Serve as a resource for families, residents, and staff to address concerns and maintain open communication.

• Current RN license in the state of Minnesota, in good standing.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
