Position Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) manages the episode of patient care in partnership with people, care givers, groups and other providers to reach a shared goal of delivering safe, quality health care. This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be through coordinating and supervising patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel.
Work Schedule:Rotating Day/Night 12-hour shifts and every third weekend
Required Qualifications:Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master’s degree program in Nursing. BSN preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.
- Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
- BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
- Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
