A 105 bed skilled nursing facility ina suburban neighborhood that will soon undergo an exciting renovation project. Our emphasis is on rehabilitation services and long term skilled geriatric care. Currently seeking Part-time MN licensed nurses. Conduct daily rounds, provide clinical supervision for nursing assistants, administer and document resident's care and treatments appropriately. $2,000 hiring bonus!

• Compliance with all requirements set forth company policy, state/federal regulations and within the company’s compliance program.
• The ability to comprehend and follow directions as appropriate given by the company, supervisory personnel and in compliance with physicians orders. Acts as an advocate for the patient.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of services provided in order to meet regulatory requirements, company policy and to ensure reimbursement for services provided.
• Currently licensed in Minnesota as an LPN or RN and in good standing
• Able to anticipate needs of day and prioritizes needs.
• Possess good observation skills.
• Able to be self-directed, yet works well as a team.
• Possess a positive and caring attitude toward residents, co-workers and visitors.
• Demonstrates integrity, good judgement and good communication skills.
