What does a Wells Roadside Crew Member do?As a Part‑Time Wells Roadside Crew Member in St. Louis Park, you’ll be the friendly face taking orders, making precise change, and serving mouth‑watering food and drinks with enthusiasm. Your responsibilities include packaging menu items for dine‑in and carry‑out, ensuring quality and consistency, preparing drinks and ice‑cream treats, responsibly carding and serving alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and safe environment, assisting in various kitchen areas, stocking stations, and completing side tasks with energy and dedication.

To thrive in this role, you need a unique blend of skills and experience. You should have at least one year of experience in high‑volume food and beverage service, excellent communication and leadership abilities, a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality, extreme attention to detail, multitasking and problem‑solving skills, a friendly personality, and a dedication to exceeding guest satisfaction standards.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures is crucial, and Serv Safe certification is a valuable asset. The role involves standing, walking, and moving for 8–10 hour shifts, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- At least 1 year of experience in high-volume food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality.
- Must have extreme attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced and stressful environment.
- Friendly personality with a dedication to customer service and a willingness to exceed guest satisfaction standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures with Serv Safe certification being a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move about for 8–10 hour shifts.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform alcoholic beverage service.
