Job Description

This position provides an opportunity to build a career within an exciting market of the insurance industry. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, self‑starter to join our Client Solutions team.

Essential Functions
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all multi‑life products and provide education to new and existing salespeople and brokers.
  • Create illustration quotes and proposals that support multi‑life life and disability products.
  • Support our external and internal sales teams by sharing product expertise and collaborating on calls and in emails.
  • Assist the sales team with pre‑sales preparation of presentations and broker call preparation.
  • Manage and build relationships between our internal/external sales teams and our producers to support intake of new sales opportunities, with special attention to key relationships.
  • Explore additional sales opportunities with current brokers.
  • Manage service protocols to include quote turnaround times, responding to the sales team, and following up on quotes and proposals.
  • Assist multi‑life case managers with annual reviews by identifying cross‑sale and replacement opportunities and communicating recommendations to brokers.
  • Assist multi‑life case manager with miscellaneous tasks, as needed.
  • Maintain electronic case files based on established Life & Disability Practice protocols.
  • Provide advice on implementation expectations to sales team and third‑party advisors.
Successful Candidate Requirements
  • Familiarity with insurance quoting tools for life, disability, long term care and annuity product lines.
  • Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Product Suite.
  • Knowledge of AMS and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of both products and concepts within the life and disability insurance industry.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Additional hours may be required to meet goals. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Travel

This position will require minimal travel.

Required Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5‑10 years of related industry experience.
  • Must have an active Life and Health License.

Pay Details

The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

On‑Site Presence

Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
