- Lead interior remodeling projects (kitchens & baths)
- Demo, framing, millwork, cabinetry (face frame & frameless)
- Install finishes: drywall, flooring, paint, wall panels
- Coordinate subcontractors and design team
- Maintain professional presence and top‑tier client communication
- Manage tools, materials, jobsite prep & cleanup
- Learn proprietary Dream Maker systems and improve processes
- 5+ years residential remodeling carpentry experience
- Strong kitchen & bath remodeling expertise
- Skilled with diverse materials, methods & problem solving
- Light plumbing/electric skills a plus
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and maintain safe work habits
- Competitive pay ($25-$40/hr based on experience)
