The firm offers full-service audit, tax, and advisory solutions to clients across construction, manufacturing, nonprofit, and real estate industries — combining the personal touch of a local team with the resources of a national network.

This is a great opportunity for an Audit Senior Associate ready to take ownership of client engagements, lead staff, and continue developing toward management in a flexible and supportive environment.

• Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients
• Supervise and review staff work, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Conduct fieldwork, perform audit testing, and prepare detailed audit findings
• Research complex accounting issues and propose practical recommendations
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the audit team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA candidate preferred)
• 3+ years of public accounting experience focused in audit/assurance
• Experience managing or reviewing other staff (“in‑charge” or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of GAAP, audit methodology, and internal controls
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Commitment to teamwork and client service excellence

• Competitive base salary ($80K–$100K) + paid seasonal overtime
• 4 weeks PTO + 2 floaters + 8 holidays
• Hybrid schedule after 60 days (3/2)
