ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/AR SPECIALIST
LocationSt./Louis, MO - Local Candidates Only Please
Pay RangeThis position offers a base pay range of $50,000–$58,000 per year
. The actual compensation will depend on your skills and experience.
This role offers a positive team culture, stability, great compensation, and benefits. It is an excellent opportunity for an AR Specialist who seeks a long‑term position.
Responsibilities- Account reconciliations
- Review aging reports to keep excessive aged debt to minimums
- Manage customer/client relationships
- Contact customers/clients as needed regarding outstanding balances
- Resolve and research issues and discrepancies
- Assist with special projects
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role – AR Specialist/Coordinator
- Good knowledgebase with day‑to‑day accounting
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and solid systems experience
- Reliable professional with a positive attitude
- Must have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Enjoy learning new systems
- Solid team player
