Accounts Payable/AP Specialist
St. Louis, MO - Local Candidates Only.
Join our client, Rubin Brown Executive Recruiting (formerly ABACUS Recruiting), for a rewarding position as an AP Specialist/Coordinator. This role offers a positive team culture, stability, competitive compensation, and benefits.
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr – $56,000.00/yr (Actual pay based on skills and experience).
Responsibilities:
- Process AP and invoices
- Account reconciliations
- Process check requests, ACHs and wires
- Resolve and research issues and discrepancies
- Assist with special projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role – AP Specialist/Coordinator
- Good knowledge base with day-to-day accounting
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and solid systems experience
- Reliable professional with a positive attitude
- Must have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Enjoy learning new systems
- Solid team player
