Controller, Accounting, Accounting Manager

Overview

Controller position with responsibility for overseeing the accounting function and providing strategic financial insights.

• Oversee and manage the accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Partner with leadership to provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and optimize the use of the ERP system for financial processes and reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Monitor internal controls and assist in developing policies and procedures.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Highly adaptable, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated track record of improving processes.
