What You’ll Be Doing- Get voucher invoices approved and entered into Microsoft GP
- Process check runs and upload details into our accounting software
- Review expense reports
- Set up and maintain vendor records (accuracy is key!)
- Pitch in on special projects when needed
- 1–3 years of accounts payable experience
- Solid skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Microsoft GP
