We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support the financial operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, payroll processing, and employee administration while supporting daily shop operations.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance- Accurately cost inventory to jobs and maintain production-related financial data
- Update hourly shop reports to support production scheduling
- Process biweekly payroll
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and receivers
- Monitor cash flow through daily bank reconciliations and weekly check runs
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including monthly income statements and bank reports
- Track and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) snapshots
