Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist must possess strong communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail to work in a deadline-driven environment.

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable activities
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments
• Match, code, and reconcile invoices and receipts
• Prepare and process checks for multiple entities
• Maintain vendor records and update vendor databases
• Audit employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end reporting
• Support process improvements and accounts payable efficiencies

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
