Senior Accountant - CPA;

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, month-end close, consolidations, and business growth initiatives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. This role is ideal for a CPA coming from public accounting who is looking to leverage their technical accounting expertise in a fast-paced operational setting with exposure to financial reporting, acquisition accounting, process improvement, and cross‑functional business initiatives.

• Own key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and support monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reporting.
• Assist with financial consolidations across multiple entities.
• Support acquisition accounting and integration activities for newly acquired entities.
• Partner with external auditors and advisors on audit and tax-related matters.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and special projects.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to improve financial visibility and business performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA required.
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Exposure to multi‑entity accounting, consolidations, or acquisition accounting preferred.
• ERP experience required;
  Net Suite experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial analysis and working with large data sets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
