We’re looking for a Staff Accountant who’s ready to take ownership of their work and grow in their career. In this role, you’ll handle reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, budgeting, and more—working in a collaborative environment where accuracy matters and your contributions make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile contracts and payments, resolving discrepancies as needed
• Prepare amortization and accrual schedules
• Inspect deposit paperwork to verify correctness and alignment with accounting records
• Verify that all accounts payable items have accurate coding and meet policy requirements
• Record journal entries in the general ledger
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting documentation
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Assist in developing and tracking budgets in collaboration with internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
