The mission of this full-time position is to assist our Advisors with obtaining required licenses, registrations, and carrier appointments to ensure compliance with all federal and state required regulations.
Primary Responsibilities- Respond to requests from Advisors, Broker-Dealer, Insurance Carriers, and State Departments.
- Submit all necessary forms to Broker-Dealer, State Departments, and National Association of Insurance Commissioners and Insurance Carriers as needed.
- Track progress of submitted requests.
- Follow up with all third parties by phone and email.
- Maintain scanning of records.
- Update status in company database.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in such things as composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Excellent initiative, ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Knowledge of data gathering and reporting procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet changing deadlines.
- Adaptive problem-solving skills to ensure excellent service.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong initiative to support team members with tasks and projects.
- Financial background or similar (preferred)
- 2-3 years of general office experience (required)
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Typing of at least 40 wpm
- Business professional office environment.
