Car Sales Trade Coordinator
Join Enterprise Mobility's Car Sales Shared Services team as a Trade Coordinator to support the vehicle trade‑in process from start to finish.
OverviewDetail‑oriented and proactive professional who tracks trade‑in vehicles from initial intake to final resolution, issues trade payoffs to financial institutions, and obtains titles and lien releases to ensure smooth ownership transitions.
Responsibilities- Act as primary contact for administrative trade questions and communicate directly with branch personnel for missing or incomplete information.
- Pull working queries for pending trade sales and apply data to tracking logs; document thorough tracking information.
- Obtain title and/or lien release from lenders, dealers, or groups, and DMVs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, groups and financial institutions.
- Work monthly reports, including balance sheet schedules, to ensure payoff accuracy and cost schedules relative to trade‑in units, then submit entries to the accounting team for processing.
- Issue trade payoffs to financial institutions, dealers, etc. using financial system.
- Assist with arbitrary deletes of trade unit numbers upon request.
- Assist with "We'll Buy Your Car" setup and payment process.
- Maintain trade process and lender contacts in trade manual.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in administrative support or automotive industry (preferred).
- Team player with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Experience with vehicle titling.
- Experience in the auto sales industry.
- Full‑time, 40‑hour work week with a starting salary of $43,900 (≈$21.11/hr).

Monday‑Friday, 7:00‑9:00 am CST. - Paid time off: 12 days in first year, 5 days on first day.
