Technical Requirements
  • Mastery of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar)
  • Experience working on a Mac
  • Working knowledge of Quick Books (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred)
  • Comfortable working remotely with a planned transition to in-office
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and inbox with precision and urgency
  • Serve as gatekeeper for internal and external communications
  • Manage the company inbox and ensure timely follow-up
  • Coordinate and track projects and materials in Asana
  • Assist with proposal preparation and administrative support
  • Support light office management responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal meetings and logistics
  • Support customer success initiatives and client communication
  • Order office supplies and research vendors, pricing, and services
  • Maintain clean, organized systems and documentation
  • Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Ideal Background
  • Experience supporting senior-level executives or founders
  • Experience in operations-driven, fast-growth environments preferred
  • High standard for accuracy, confidentiality, and execution
  • Comfortable working with leadership that moves fast and expects results
