Keep Everyone Clear on What Comes NextA project moves forward when people have the right information at the right time. As our Project Coordinator, you’ll help make that happen—keeping schedules current, organizing updates, and following up on the details that need attention.
We’re looking for someone dependable and curious to join our St. Louis team. You’ll support project managers and colleagues across active projects, developing practical experience while taking responsibility for your own coordination tasks.
Where You’ll Make a Difference- Maintain project schedules, task lists, and milestone trackers.
- Check upcoming deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and record decisions and next steps.
- Gather information from different teams for project updates.

- Coordinate routine requests with clients, suppliers, and internal contacts.
- Help track materials, resources, and project expenses.
- Highlight missing information, changing requirements, or potential delays.
- Prepare progress summaries and support final project documentation.
Have you coordinated a busy shift, organized a student activity, managed appointments, or helped a team meet a deadline? Those experiences can provide a useful foundation.
Previous work in project support, administration, operations, scheduling, or customer service is helpful. We also welcome applicants building experience through internships, volunteering, coursework, or a career change.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Communicate clearly and keep others informed.

- Can prioritize several tasks without losing track of deadlines.
- Are comfortable using email, spreadsheets, calendars, and documents.
- Work well with different people and respond positively to feedback.

You’ll receive training on company systems, project procedures, and documentation standards. Working alongside the project team, you’ll learn how schedules are built, changes are managed, and deliverables are tracked through completion.
As your confidence grows, you’ll have opportunities to handle more coordination tasks and contribute ideas for improving the process.
