Proficient in Quick Books, knowledgeable in invoicing; payroll, billing, human resource, data entry, excel.
Would like someone that is well organized, a self starter and able to work independently.
Job duties include:
Maintain Quick Books, answering phones, scheduling, understand job cost reporting, experience with construction industry, attention to detail, entering timesheets in Quickbooks, experience running payroll in Quickbooks, accounts receivable/billing and collections, tracking GPS on company vehicle, government contracts, prevailing wage, customer service background and following returns.
Experience:
Quick Books 1 year (Required) Office Management 2 years (Preferred)
8:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
