Automotive Title / Purchasing Clerk
Suntrup Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated car dealership seeking a full-time Automotive Title Clerk. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable and dependable team-player.
Job Duties- This position is responsible for posting vehicles into our accounting system in a timely manner as vehicles are being purchased.
- Verify vehicle's documents.
- Handles all aspects of title processing on purchase vehicles.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the titling process.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Title knowledge.
- Knowledge of Dealer Track is a plus.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Time management skills.
- Communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Must be able to meet established deadlines.
Full-time: 40 Hours a week
Monday – Friday:
Start at 7:00am or 8:00 am (Flexible).
Occasional over-time as business needs require.
