This is an opportunity to create significant income in the life insurance business without having to solicit friends and family
, work late nights, or manage overhead expenses (rent, subscriptions, utilities, etc.).
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with financial professionals to introduce them to BUI’s insurance brokerage services. This is a business-to-business (B2B) role focused on supporting advisors—not a direct-to-consumer sales position.
What You’ll Do- Build & Strengthen Relationships – Proactively engage financial advisors, career agents, and other financial professionals to help them integrate insurance solutions into their practices.
- Educate & Consult – Demonstrate the benefits of partnering with BUI by showcasing our advanced planning resources, proprietary tools, and expert team.
- Drive Business Growth – Generate new business opportunities through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and outreach efforts.
- Leverage Best-in-Class Tools – Utilize Salesforce CRM and other marketing resources to track engagement, manage relationships, and optimize outreach.
The ideal candidate has experience in the life insurance industry—either in retail sales (direct-to-consumer) or wholesaling—and is looking for a B2B opportunity to partner with financial professionals.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong drive for results.
- Highly organized and disciplined with a structured approach to work.
- Skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys collaborating with advisors.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- A four-year degree in business, finance, or insurance is preferred.
- Experience presenting financial or insurance related material
- Series 6 and Series 63 or Series 7 and Series 66
- Life & Health License
