Purchasing Administrator – John Henry Foster

We are a 100% employee‑owned company seeking a Purchasing Administrator to coordinate product ordering, maintain stock levels, and manage supplier relationships to ensure excellent customer service.

• Coordinate the ordering of products to fulfill customer orders and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Communicate with suppliers, place purchase orders with vendors, and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Process purchase order acknowledgments, change orders, and direct ship purchase orders and invoices.
• Work closely with the purchasing function to support organizational goals.
