What You’ll Do- Own the TTH industry practice: establish our point of view and strategic growth approach; responsible for sales, consulting, delivery quality, recruiting, and all operational aspects.
- Drive overall growth of the Salesforce TTH practice through business development, talent management, delivery oversight, and thought leadership.
- Maximize team performance through effective leadership, improving productivity and job satisfaction.
- Manage engagement risk for Salesforce TTH projects, including planning and budgeting for industry cloud engagements and obtaining buy-in from client leadership.
- Ensure the practice achieves utilization targets and profitability, with revenue targets tied to direct influenced sales.
- Identify and develop Salesforce offerings related to TTH to drive revenue and pipeline growth.
- Provide governance of all sold and managed Salesforce TTH projects through best practices and leadership oversight.
- Lead business development with appropriate information, tools, and subject-matter expertise to sell engagements, partnering with industry sellers.
- Build relationships with local market teams and Salesforce TTH executives; manage account planning and key pursuits.
- Support creation of TTH customer case studies and industry content such as market trends and sales enablement assets.
- Collaborate with peers to scale opportunities, grow teams, and support markets.
- 5–10 years of Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality industry experience and team leadership in a large consulting environment.
- Experience collaborating to develop Salesforce TTH sales or delivery accelerators.
- Previous sales, account management, delivery, and consulting experience.
- Strong relationships with Salesforce and/or TTH clients.
- Ability to partner with clients to understand organizational needs and recommend value-adding solutions.
- Proven people management skills; effective at aligning teams toward common goals.
- Coaching and mentoring experience in a sales leadership capacity.
- Excellent collaboration and team-building, with aptitude for negotiating positive outcomes for clients and teams.
- Strong process orientation; capable of working with virtual teams.
- Experience building relationships with CXOs and business decision makers.
- Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales.
- Creative, visionary approach; able to drive innovative strategies.
- Budget and project management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and business operations skills.
- Able to travel up to 50% if needed.
