Focus Financial Partners is seeking a Change Management Associate to support communications and processes for change initiatives across the organization.
Position SummaryThe Change Management Associate will develop and execute internal communication strategies that enable successful adoption of change initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to create clear, timely messaging that aligns with company values and business goals.
Primary Responsibilities- Assist in creating internal communications (emails, intranet posts, presentations) for change initiatives.
- Build communication plans, tasks, and timelines and keep owners updated for smooth rollout of strategic projects.
- Work with TMO to ensure TMO SharePoint content reflects the current status of programs and initiatives.
- Manage metrics and content for bi‑weekly department reports, using Power BI and HR metrics from APD.
- Meet with department leaders via live Teams calls to gather feedback and action plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather updates and ensure consistent messaging.
- Organize content for Corporate Strategy and Transformation libraries.
- Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to improve communication effectiveness.
- Support team meetings and contribute to brainstorming and planning sessions.
- Help roll out goals and OKRs firm‑wide.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint); willingness to learn new platforms.
- Interest in change management and employee engagement.
- Internship or academic experience in corporate communications or change management.
- Exposure to communication analytics or employee feedback tools.
Annualized base pay range: $80,000 – $95,000. The base pay may vary by experience, expertise, location, and skill set. Total compensation also includes an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
