Sr. Category Insights Analyst – Advantage Solutions Base pay range
$67,200.00/yr – $84,000.00/yr
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a critical analytical and insights resource for national clients with $20M+ in retail sales in a specific regional sales market.
- Deliver consumer and marketplace insights and play a strategic role in diagnosing business problems and driving growth.
- Act as a key business partner to the Category Analytics & Insights and sales teams.
- Collaborate with a regional sales office and internal/external clients to identify data reporting needs, conduct business data analysis, and create ad‑hoc and standardized reports to facilitate actionable insights.
- Provide direction to one or more Business Intelligence Analysts in analyzing and reporting information using tools, data sets (NIQ, Circana, customer, shipment, etc.), and techniques.
- Be regarded as the subject‑matter expert in consumption data for assigned clients and potentially develop or implement tools to enhance data capture processes and maintain data quality.
Qualifications:
- Consumer packaging experience is a plus.
- Prior Circana and Nielsen experience is a plus.
- Experience with market analysis and business reviews is required.
- Experience building line reviews or presentations is a plus.
