Business Analyst

Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $27.00/hr

• Work with the Commercial Intelligence team to create and maintain BI tools that support Field Sales teams and Commercial leadership
• Meet with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new BI tools, communicate timelines and status updates, and ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Combine data from various sources (Databricks, Excel, CSV, etc.) into a single data model
• Demonstrate high standards for creating efficient, performant, and accurate solutions
• Publish Power BI tools to the Commercial Analytics Power BI application
• Collaborate with peers across Commercial Growth, Sales, and Operations to learn and share best practices

• Bachelor's degree in business, S.T.E.M., or related field
• Demonstrated ability to deliver technical products or projects
• Willingness to learn new hard skills on the job and an understanding of the CPG industry
• Comfortably operating with ambiguity and adapting to changing requirements

• Working knowledge of Azure platform and capabilities
• Experience building reports or BI solutions using Excel, SQL, and Power BI

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
