This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Facilitate payroll controls compliance; support operations globally in the monitoring, and analysis of controls surrounding payroll & timekeeping functions as required by the Sarbanes‑Oxley Act (SOX) and the internal audit department.
  • Collaborate with Legal, EEO and Employee Relations teams to provide payroll and time analytics in support of required governmental surveys and information requests.
  • Capture and consolidate global KPIs and SLAs, analyze trends, and recommend changes to improve operational health and payroll accuracy.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and compliance evidence; drive global documentation standards and data audit process standards for ensuring business continuity, payroll accuracy and compliance in practices.
  • Assist with process mapping initiatives, gather and analyze global payroll information, and support project coordination to enhance efficiency and standardization across regions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for payroll compliance reporting and policy considerations in response to evolving business needs and regulations.
  • Data standards gatekeeper for Oracle HCM (HR data system) payroll element configurations; responsible for establishing and maintaining global data standards to optimize automation and streamline interfaces from HCM to downstream payroll and time processes and systems.
  • Provide payroll data and analytics support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and transition service agreements.

This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Payroll, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience in high volume, multinational payroll operations
  • Minimum of 3 years analytical experience; preferably in a global environment
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and reporting requirements, including financial and tax obligations

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across time zones with demonstrated ability to navigate large volumes of data and manage complex data analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with global HRIS systems is a plus
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • SOX Act compliance and internal/external audit experience
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Project management experience or certification (PMP or similar)
  • Familiarity with global tax and labor regulations
  • Experience with Oracle applications
