Print and Scan Support SpecialistFull Time St. Louis, MO, US
Sumner One is seeking a Print and Scan Support Specialist to join our team at Sumner One's Print Shop in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will perform high volume scanning of small and large format documents to digital cloud format. You will also be responsible for ensuring high level quality checks and communication with management on daily production.
Responsibilities:
Scanning:
- Scan small and large documents to a cloud base while ensuring the files are returned to their original status.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain daily meter and service logs to ensure accurate count of items scanned and reporting to management for customer reporting.
Maintaining Equipment:
- Maintain scanning equipment to ensure quality performance of daily production and report service issues to Sumner One Service Technicians.
Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize business software applications for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Physical Activity:
- Perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, and climbing.
- Lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations.
Mail and Courier Management:
- Receive, process, and coordinate outgoing print requests.
- Post outgoing USPS and international mail, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
- Run inserter for daily printed confidential documents that are mailed out for the clients customers.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in standard business software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- High volume production printing and wide format printing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, especially regarding confidentiality.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring extended periods of movement and lifting.
